All cost-related values entered into this sheet should be entered in the agreement currency which is given in the ‘Agreement Main View’.


Header items explained:


Agreement type

By default Fixed term. Can be also selected to Valid until further notice.

Contracts first possible before termination day

Provide here a date if needed.


Notice period in months

If you have a notice period in your agreement, you can enter here the number of months. Input here only a number. If it is 6 months, input 6.


Lease end date

For fixed-term leases, you can provide here the exact end date.


Square metres

The space size in square metres.


Grained surface area

The calculated space of an area to even the quality differences between different spaces in the building. If you leave this empty, we will use the value in square metres here.


Number of employees

Number of employees located in the space.


Number of workstations

Number of workstations located in the space.


Parking cost per month

Total parking cost of all parking spaces.


Number of parking spaces

Number of parking spaces.


Capital rent per month (rent/m2)

Input here rent of the space divided by the square metres.


Maintenance rent per month (rent/m2)

Input here the part of the rent that belongs to the maintenance of the space divided by the square metres.


Other costs per month

Additional costs per month that are related to this space.


Total costs affecting rent

Input here the total cost estimate of renovations or some other costs that may occur from this agreement.


Renovation and rent free periods

This is a text field, so you can input here some date of rent free period or some other information regarding any renovation or rent free period.


Rent security deposit

Input here the total value of the rent security paid to the lessor.


Rent security expiry date

Input here the expiry date of the rent security.


Rent security type

Select the rent security type from the list.


Rent security reimbursed

You can choose here if you have received the security back or not. By default this is "No".


Show agreement in the report

All agreements (valid or not) will come to the ‘Security overview report’. By choosing "No", you state that you no longer wish to see this agreement in the report.
