I want to import guarantees without an end date. How can I do that?
An excel import requires an end date. Add some end date to that agreement. After import, go into that agreement and put the "No end date"-tab on active mode.
We want to split our guarantee agreements in reporting between different statuses of the agreement. How can we do that?
If you haven't already taken cost center or portfolio into use for guarantees, you can, for example, use a portfolio for this purpose. Create different types of status names as separate portfolios. Then, pinpoint the right portfolio to each agreement.
How do I follow counterparty limits with guarantee agreements?
First, you need to set counterparty limits. Limits can be set in under each company in the company register ‘Settings -> Companies -> Company xxx -> LIMITS -> Guarantee limit’.
Then, you can see in Dashboard one quick view of your limit situation. The view report date in the dashboard view is always "Today".
