About Admin Settings
Admin Settings are visible only to users who have admin rights. In these settings, you can manage some of the key functionalities within the system.
Freeze period items
You cannot create, modify or delete before this date
This is where you can define a date. All agreements created before or on this date will be locked depending on the “Freeze period active” mode. You cannot create new agreements before this date.
Freeze period active
There are three options: “Not active” – meaning the freeze is not active. “Full” – meaning that you cannot basically do anything to your agreements before or on the selected date or create new ones, and “Adjustable” – meaning that you can modify the base data of the agreements but not any payment related data (except within the lease module where you can create changes after the freeze period date).
